Joseph Gallagher |

Joseph A. Gallagher has actively participated in residential development in Southern California for more than 25 years. He has been involved in master-planning, entitlement processing, construction, marketing, asset management and real estate disposition. He also has consulted on a variety of real estate issues and has served as an expert witness on land development issues.
Immediately previous to starting his own company, Mr. Gallagher was President of the Southern California Division of Leisure Technology, which (during his tenure) was the largest developer of master-planned active adult communities in the country.
Mr. Gallagher has a Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola University/Claretville Catholic Jesuit Seminary and has attended graduate school at UCLA. |
