MSK, acting in its General Contractor role, has constructed over $500 million in residential and industrial, storage and recreational improvements over the last 15 years.

 

Current projects include several residential coastal infill projects and over 320,000 square feet of enclosed self and RV storage.

 

Focusing on self and RV storage, MSK has constructed, either as an owner or a general contractor, over 500,000 square feet under roof over the last 5 years.  In addition, we have been involved in the budgeting and framing of an additional 530,000 sq. ft of RV Condo storage. The keys to MSK’s success are its ability to bring a complete and competent team of professionals to the table for our various clients, to facilitate the design, and to deliver the product in time and on budget.
